As per information fetched, ‘Apollo Tyres’ has introduced two different brands for electric passenger vehicles as well as two wheelers named Amperion and Wav. This is undoubtedly a glorious support for the growth and progress of electric vehicle movement that is constantly growing. Apollo Tyres president Satish Sharma during an Interaction with PTI said “the consensual view is that the electric two wheeler segment will grow the fastest and in that too scooters will be the first followed by motorcycles.”
He also stated, “besides, the bus segment will also grow and four-wheeler will probably reach about 15-20 percent (of the overall passenger-vehicle sells) by 2030.” Does it signify that Apollo Tyres is expecting a massive pace in electric vehicle adoption?
As we all know, giant car brands like Mercedes, Audi and Volvo are also showing keenness to introduce one or two electric models, which can undoubtedly be considered another step ahead towards a greener future of the automobile industry. Most certainly, the contribution of Apollo Tyres will probably turn out to be a much-desired support that electric vehicle owners will be expecting in near or far future.
